The maps app has fast become a navigation tool, with plenty of\ntraffic information and convenient for businesses to make themselves available.\nWhen it comes to travel, however, Street View, by Google Maps, is a virtual\nrepresentation of our surroundings on Google Maps, consisting of millions of\npanoramic images. Street View\u2019s content comes from two sources – Google and\ncontributors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Revisit the\nRuins of Tulum<\/a> a highly recommended tour in the\nRiviera Maya. Explore a few steps out of Bahia Principe Grand Cayacoa to\nfinally satisfy your curiosity and see the view from Cayo Vigia<\/a>. You can even reach the summit of El Teide<\/a> in Tenerife or take a virtual\nstroll around Isla Mujeres<\/a>. And all this from the comfort of\nyour couch. The world\nis yours to explore through the Google Maps website or apps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open Google\nMaps<\/strong>.<\/li>
  2. In the bottom right, click the yellow Pegman<\/strong>. Then, drag Pegman to the area\nyou want to explore.<\/li>
  3. Unclick to drop Pegman on a blue line<\/strong>, blue dot, or\norange dot<\/strong> on the map.<\/li>
  4. When you\u2019re done, go to the top left and click\nBack.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    To move\naround, hover your cursor in the direction you want to go. Your cursor becomes\nan arrow that shows which direction you’re moving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To see\nwhere you might go next, look for the X. Click once to travel to the X.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To look\naround, click and drag your mouse. You can also use the arrows to the left and\nright of the compass.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To zoom in\nor out, scroll with your mouse or two-finger zoom with a touchpad. You can also\nuse + and – below the compass.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To position your Street View North, go to the bottom right and click the compass.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To jump\nbetween streets, go to the “Back to Map” window in the bottom left\nand click the blue highlighted routes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
