Pour Juana Guzm\u00e1n, notre ambassadrice de la marque du mois, il s\u2019agit aussi d\u2019un d\u00e9fi personnel. Juana fait partie du Privilege Concierge \u00e0 La Romana depuis 2016 et elle nous parle aujourd&#8217;hui un peu de son exp\u00e9rience.<\/p>\n<h5>Si vous deviez d\u00e9crire votre exp\u00e9rience au sein du Club en un seul mot, quel serait-il? Pourquoi?<\/h5>\n<p>Je dirais \u00ab excellence \u00bb parce que c&#8217;est ce que le Club s&#8217;efforce d&#8217;offrir \u00e0 ses membres et ce \u00e0 quoi j&#8217;aspire tous les jours. J\u2019essaie de faire de mon mieux pour que nos clients soient le plus heureux possible et, par cons\u00e9quent, cr\u00e9er pour eux une exp\u00e9rience de vacances inoubliable.<\/p>\n<h5>Comment d\u00e9cririez-vous une journ\u00e9e type au sein du service Privilege Concierge \u00e0 La Romana?<\/h5>\n<p>Ma partie pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e de la journ\u00e9e est le sentiment de rentrer \u00e0 la maison. Cela me r\u00e9conforte de sentir que j&#8217;ai une autre famille ici, au complexe Bahia Principe La Romana. Effectuer les t\u00e2ches quotidiennes et garantir la satisfaction de nos clients s\u2019av\u00e8re beaucoup plus facile puisque nous sommes tous dans le m\u00eame \u00e9tat d\u2019esprit et visons le m\u00eame objectif.<\/p>\n<h5>Vous rappelez-vous une anecdote particuli\u00e8re au cours de votre parcours au sein du Club?<\/h5>\n<p>Je me souviens d\u2019un \u00e9v\u00e9nement particulier qui a eu lieu au mois de juin dernier. Les membres \u00e9taient d\u00e9j\u00e0 partis et m\u00eame arriv\u00e9s chez eux lorsqu\u2019ils m\u2019ont contact\u00e9e pour m\u2019informer qu\u2019ils avaient oubli\u00e9 un objet dans leur chambre. Je me souviens comment tous les services concern\u00e9s ont r\u00e9agi collectivement pour pouvoir leur donner une r\u00e9ponse rapidement. Non seulement nous avons pu fournir aux membres un suivi imm\u00e9diat, mais nous avons \u00e9galement trouv\u00e9 l&#8217;objet.<\/p>\n<p>Voir mon nom dans un commentaire de TripAdvisor a \u00e9t\u00e9 extr\u00eamement gratifiant.
