1\/2 cup allspice berries,<\/p>\n

5 scotch bonnet peppers (hot peppers or cherry peppers)<\/p>\n

1 Tbsp Fresh Thyme<\/p>\n

6 Garlic gloves<\/p>\n

1\/2 cup Brown sugar<\/p>\n

1 to 2 bunch of Scallions<\/p>\n

1 Tbsp Cinamon<\/p>\n

1 Tbsp Nutmeg<\/p>\n

1 Inch Ginger, chopped<\/p>\n

Salt and pepper to taste<\/p>\n

Alternative to moisten: 1\/4 cup canola, olive or peanut oil<\/p>\n

Alternative to cool down the spice: fresh lime juice.<\/p>\n

1 Tbps Soy sauce (optional)<\/p>\n

Just trust your food processor to blend to all the ingredients together un til a smooth paste is formed. The sauce can be refrigerated and consumed later.<\/p>\n
