It is always pleasant to share the testimonies of our dear members. To welcome them back every year to Bahia Principe and to realize their vacation expectations. In this member spotlight article, a dear guest shares his experience for the past eight years as a Privilege Club member.
“I have traveled with my partner looking for respite in beautiful places, and although I do not always know the destinations, I know it will be an incredible vacation. I must say that every time I am in some of the Bahia Principe hotels, I have seen my expectations exceeded.
I met the Bahia Principe Grand Punta Cana hotel on a trip made through an agency. I felt very comfortable in that visit. I was invited to an informational meeting about the Privilege Club and I could see the advantages they offered if I joined. Since then I travel as a Privilege Club member once a year, although I would like to visit more frequently.
I have known the hotels of Punta Cana, the La Romana resort and, on this last trip, the Bahia Principe Grand El Portillo. All are excellent, although clearly each one is distinguished by something in particular. The staff is of excellence in all hotels. The rooms are very comfortable and the service received is of the highest level. The food is awesome, really it’s very good. In general, each place is beautiful on its own, for example, the beaches of El Portillo are magnificent, and embellished a hotel that initially felt less majestic than the other two I knew. I would definitely like to visit other places in the hotel chain.
As a Privilege Club member, I have felt pampered, taken care of and welcomed on every trip and that is why I would recommend it. All have been extremely attentive and especially the representatives of Privilege Concierge, who daily have worried about whether we were well or needed something, either by phone calls to the room and during their visit to the beach.
I have not decided on the next destination, although my partner is already suggesting Samaná, Tulum or Cayo Levantado. And of course, I will accompany her.
