The concept of the Rodizio is very simple: eat or give up. Once seated you will receive a card, which is red on one side and green in the other. Use it as a traffic light to inform the waiter if you wish serving. As long as the card is green more food will come your way.
In addition rice and roasted vegetables, such as bell peppers, onions, and corns, are served as accompaniment to the cuts of your choosing.
