We were taken to couches in the lobby, where we sat and had our drink while the Privilege Club concierge (Guero) looked after our check-in with us. Guero was very pleasant, and spoke Spanish, French, and English. He gave us our room keys, and also our restaurant reservation slips for the whole week at that time.”
