In such cases, we rely on you to obtain that other persons’ consent for disclosing their information to us and inform that other person about us, how we will use the information and our contact details for any queries. Your contact email address and that of your travel companions may be required in order to evaluate the vacation experience through a satisfaction survey. The personally identifiable information of your travel companions will be retained only until it is no longer of use.
We will maintain your personal information in whole, usable and up-to-date form. Due to privacy policies and security purposes you will be requested to personally contact the Member Services Call Center in order to update your personal information.
Other Information We Collect From You
We employ the use of third party technologies to get a better understating of how our visitors use our websites. The use of mobiles devices may also be registered on our end, thus receiving information regarding the device that was used, it’s location and the pages visited within our website. This practice has the purpose of improving our website and ultimately the online user experience.
Your Online Account Profile
Our members can create a personal account profile online within our password-protected sites. Creating an account profile makes use of our sites more convenient for you by eliminating the need to repeatedly enter personal contact or preference information. In addition, if you choose, you can perform certain functions within your account, such as making online requests or Club dues payments. Your credit card information may be required to complete certain transactions such as completing a reservation, the collection of the Club Annual Fee or when reserving thru the Privilege Travel Portal. This information will be transferred over a Secured Sockets Layer (SSL) line, provided you are using a SSL enabled browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Apple Safari. We also use SSL on other select pages where you would enter personally identifiable information. This ensures that your information is encrypted as it travels over the Internet. Secured servers and sites can be identified when the first characters of the site address will change from "http" to "https."
Confidentiality of Identification Numbers
When collected, Social Security, National Insurance and other government-issued identification numbers are treated with great care, including our satisfaction of applicable Federal and State laws, as well as International regulations. This information is retained to complete internal processes. For general information, we request the use of the membership agreement customer numbers in order to identify our members. In addition may ask to confirm certain information provided during the affiliation process that may help identify them such as home phone number or physical address.
