“I had the chance to be part of the Privilege Club, which offers the best advantages within the resort, to be a VIP, we were given the black bracelet which allowed access to a better part of the beach with sunbeds, the best drinks and club carts that take you everywhere you wish.”

“Our first time as a Privilege Club Members. In adjoining rooms 26527/29. 5th floor of newer east wing. Clean & fresh, overlooking the pool/bay. Fantastic views/sunsets. Couldn’t fault the food (loved Jazmin Buffet), amenities, cleanliness and amazing staff.”

“There were welcome drinks ready for us and for another couple with Privilege Club membership. We were taken to couches in the lobby, where we sat and had our drink while the Privilege Club concierge (Guero) looked after our check-in with us. Guero was very pleasant, and spoke Spanish, French, and English. He gave us our room keys, and also our restaurant reservation slips for the whole week at that time.”
