We are in unprecedented times and want to ensure caring for you, and our team members, is our top priority.
With the ongoing spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus) and the speed at which things are changing around us, we are continually adapting our business and procedures in the different countries we have operations. We are making all decisions and taking every precaution to make sure that the Bahia Principe Privilege Club is here for you when you are ready to travel.
Our Reservation Advisors are contacting all members that are being impacted by the temporary closure of some hotels due to the reduction of flight schedules and government mandated quarantines. For now, those are hotel reservations from March 18 to April 18th. Due to the volume of reservations that must be modified, members will be receiving a full refund in the form of a credit note to be used for future reservations. When ready to rebook your reservation using your credit, please contact our Reservation Center at 1-800-899-0465 and a Reservation Advisor will happily assist you with your vacation plans.
We know taking a vacation remains a cornerstone of your lifestyle and feel confident there will be a return to normalcy in the near future. Many of you have reached out to us to express your support for our people – it means so much to the Privilege Club family, and we thank you deeply for your care. We appreciate your loyalty and never take it for granted.
